Design at scale. Accessibility that works. Products built to last.

I design and build digital tools that communities need but the market won’t make—accessibility auditors, LGBTQ+ knowledge platforms, sailing club infrastructure. After two decades in UX and service design, I now work independently at the intersection of inclusive design and AI, turning strategy into shipped products.

Alongside that: apps reaching 50 million people, conference papers on AI and cultural heritage, writing published by Towards AI and the British Psychological Society, and a habit of founding communities and platforms that outlast everything else.

An open-source platform that gives any walkable place its own location-aware app—a heritage trail, an arts walk, a pub crawl. Built on Vue 3, Supabase and Leaflet. EU-hosted, no API key billing. Currently live as the Tollesbury Arts Trail and LGBT Heritage App.

Available for keynotes, panels and workshops on enterprise UX at scale, AI ethics and design accountability, and building digital products without a team or budget.
