After two decades in UX and service design, I now work independently at the intersection of inclusive design and AI, turning strategy into shipped products.
Alongside that: apps reaching 50 million people, conference papers on AI and cultural heritage, writing published by Towards AI and the British Psychological Society, and a habit of founding communities and platforms that outlast everything else.
